Senior Internal Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a Sr Internal Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Sr Internal Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting capacity planning, workforce analytics, and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights which will align successfully in the organization. Analyze operational data to identify trends and develop actionable staffing and workload recommendations Support forecasting and capacity planning efforts within a customer service or contact center environment Build and refine forecasting models using historical data and demand assumptions Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery Collaborate across teams to develop sustainable capacity planning practices that improve both employee experience and member outcomes What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or operational analytics Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations Experience supporting forecasting or capacity planning in a customer service or contact center setting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams What's in it for me?
