You will be responsible for driving NIQ's Customer Success Industry Insights mission through the delivery of Thought Leadership and accountable for the on-target delivery of your team's KPIs.As Vice President, Insights you will: Lead a team of analytics / insights associates successfully; guiding, coaching and developing team members; providing them with timely feedback and recognition on performance to ensure the team demonstrates high standards of performance and professional competenciesPartner closely with cross-functional peers to elevate the customer experience, including collaborating closely with the Account Director on joint business goalsHelp team members develop probing skills to identify and uncover the most important business questions for their clients & hold the team accountable for quality insights per our standardsParticipate in client meetings to provide top-of-the-line Industry perspective, trends and opportunityGrow executive level engagement achieved through strong insight generation and industry expertiseSynthesize market research and trends into new insights and recommendations wrapped in a compelling story for client presentation A Little About YouYou are a practitioner in the CPG industry with knowledge and connections among retailers and brands. You confidently speak to industry issues, consumer trends, and the needs of the industry players. You enjoy presenting and are energized when engaging large and senior level audiences. Your communication skills are top notch! You are able to interweave strategic points, engaging stories, and key data points to craft a compelling storyline. You are comfortable utilizing insights and analytics and view them as a key component of product development, brand management, marketing and merchandising. Qualifications: Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the home, baby manufacturing and/or CPG industryAt least 5 years' experience leading teams and ability to coach others in data analysisStrong stakeholder management and experience working with complex client relationshipsDemonstrated understanding of the power in data analytics to drive brand building, marketing, retail merchandising and innovationExperience working with syndicated tools (NielsenIQ or Circana, or similar panel, RMS/POS, scan data)Proven track record of building client engagementBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Additional InformationThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $132,000.00 - $165,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
