Compensation based on experience and qualifications Contribute to customer and store success: Oversee all Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns processes, ensuring outstanding customer engagement while preparing packages for third-party carrier pickup Provide exceptional customer service for services like Amazon returns and UPS shipments Assess customer shipping needs and effectively communicate available shipping options Maintain an organized Shipping area for streamlined processing and storage of packages Ensure an adequate supply of materials for shipping and returns Create a welcoming atmosphere for each customer Use basic selling techniques to propose solutions to customer needs Adapt to various responsibilities including online pick-ups, store cleanliness, and other assigned tasks Essential skills and experience: Availability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs Ability to engage with customers, assess their requirements, and drive additional sales Capability to lift, push, or move materials weighing up to 100 pounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with an aptitude for multitasking Collaborative team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Able to handle conflicts calmly and cooperatively Act with integrity and honesty regarding all customer and business information Staples does not sponsor work visas for this position.
