Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM - 1:30 AM | Overtime Available. This is more than packaging - it is a critical role that ensures products leave the facility secure, compliant, and ready for delivery across the country and abroad. What You'll Do: As a key member of the production team, you will: Prepare and package finished materials according to detailed work instructions. Operate strapping, banding, shrink-wrap, and stretch-wrap equipment. Build secure pallets for domestic and export shipments, including blocking and dunnage. Verify weights and dimensions using industrial scales and measuring tools. Accurately measure materials using a tape measure (testing required). Operate a forklift to stage and move materials safely. Inspect products to ensure quality, labeling accuracy, and compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace. Your attention to detail will directly support on-time shipping, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. What You Bring:At least 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience. Experience with packaging equipment and material handling. Strong measuring skills and ability to follow written instructions. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Dependability, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety. Safety & Compliance Requirements:Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper respirator fit. Must be able to wear a respirator for the duration of the shift.
