Position Purpose: Join our innovative team as an Analytics Manager in Credit Solutions, where you'll offer essential thought leadership to refine our data management and analytical processes. Your expertise will contribute to strategic initiatives, driving measurable outcomes and insightful analysis that enhances our Financial Services operations. This role requires exceptional analytical abilities, technical skills, and the capacity to convey intricate concepts to leadership and collaborate with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: 10% - Planning and Implementation - Define and execute the departmental goals and objectives with transparency and intent. 40% - Problem Solving - Create advanced and scalable solutions addressing complex analytical and technical challenges. 10% - Project Management - Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery, maximizing client satisfaction. 40% - Team Leadership - Inspire and develop a dedicated analytics team, overseeing projects across various supply chain elements. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position typically reports to the Senior Manager. Travel Requirements: Overnight travel is minimal, less than 5% of the time. Physical Requirements: Most tasks are performed in a comfortable seated position, with occasional light lifting or movement of items. Working Conditions: The role is based in a comfortable indoor environment, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Google Big Query, SQL, and/or Python. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Tableau. Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). Understanding of analytical/statistical methodologies. Strong collaborative and teamwork aptitude. Aptitude for applying advanced mathematical/statistical techniques. Ability to interpret financial documents accurately. Demonstrated project management capabilities. Effectiveness in communicating complex ideas to a broad audience. Experience in managing customer concerns, negotiations, and conflict resolution. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Minimum Education: Completion of high school diploma and/or GED. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum Years of Work Experience: 3 years. Preferred Years of Work Experience: 4 years. Minimum Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of prior leadership experience. Preferred Leadership Experience: 2 years or more of leadership experience. Certifications: None required.
