Technical Product Owner

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Onsite 2-3 days in a MONTH) Start Date: ASAP End Date: December 31, 2025 (with good chances of extension) Rate $80/hr Role Overview: Pharmaceutical Corp. is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our Privacy team, focusing on the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) module. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in the privacy domain and a strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance. A OneTrust certification is a plus. Technical Skills: Product Owner skills (develop roadmap with the business stakeholders, create product goals and strategy, develop and measure KPIs etc., work with the product technical teams on implementation etc.) Product Analyst skills (requirement documentation, analysis etc.) PM skills (develop project plans, communicate tasks/subtasks, develop and adhere to project timelines, provide statuses to the project mgmt teams) Requirements gathering Well-versed with Agile development methodology Experience Level: Lead level (5-7 years) Previous experience with Privacy, specifically with DSAR process, is mandatory. Certifications: OneTrust or any privacy certification is a plus, but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Executive communication to report to the leadership Work Environment: Hybrid, 2-3 times week on-site.
