As a specialist in Oracle compliance and security, you will provide essential consulting services that focus on validating compliance and enhancing security within Oracle applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and assess security and controls for Oracle Cloud applications Analyze complex problems and devise practical solutions Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise Maintain high standards in deliverables and project execution Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients Deepen your understanding of business contexts and their evolving dynamics Navigate complex situations to enhance your personal brand and technical expertise Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience in Oracle controls auditing, consulting, and/or implementations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, or related areas Experience in designing, implementing, and assessing security protocols for Oracle Cloud Proven ability to lead full cycle Oracle Cloud Security implementations Experience managing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Oracle Cloud product implementations Familiarity with Cloud Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management Experience configuring and implementing RMC Modules - AAC, AFC, FRC Skilled in managing security/RMC design workshops with clients Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for deliverables Experience promoting a positive team environment and monitoring workloads The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, depending on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
