What you can expect: Assist in maintaining existing client accounts, responding to customer inquiriesAssist in attracting new clientsVisiting client’s homes to deliver and/or adjust equipment, such as powered wheelchairsFollow up with customers to ensure customer satisfactionWork and communicate with internal sales team and external medical professionals to maximize client experienceCompleting tasks such as creating routes, ensuring proper documentation completion, updating customer and sales team on issues and resolution Required SkillsWhat you need to succeed: Drive to provide best-in-class service to our customersMechanical and situational problem solving abilitiesPrior experience in wheelchair and/or like equipment (ie. bicycles, automotive maintenance, or assembly of complex equipment)Ability to communicate effectively regarding concerns and solutionsExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to utilize basic electronic devicesOrganizational skillsAbility to learn in-house operational systemsComfortable working with raw materials (ie.
