The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 10 years of frontline fundraising experience, with a strong focus on securing six- and seven-figure gifts from high-net-worth individuals. Demonstrated success in deepening and diversifying a funding base. Expertise in serving as a key ambassador for organizational initiatives, enhancing visibility and reputation among external stakeholders. A strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the mission at hand. A Bachelor's degree is required. A willingness to travel and engage in various fundraising activities.
