In this impactful role, you will craft the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for our extensive services portfolio, ensuring our offerings deliver exceptional customer value, differentiate us in the market, and drive profitable growth across Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektro-Automatik. As an innovator in service offerings, you will collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities: Service Portfolio Leadership: Define and manage the global service portfolio lifecycle, establishing a clear vision, strategy, and multi-faceted roadmap. Business Ownership: Achieve and exceed financial targets, driving growth in revenue, attachment rates, and overall profitability. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the global approach for new and existing service offerings, working with various departments to enhance market share and adoption rates. Value Proposition: Develop compelling value propositions based on customer insights and industry trends for a cohesive, client-focused message across regions. Customer Insights: Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback sessions and market research to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with SSO Operations and Tektronix business units to ensure effective service delivery. Pricing Strategy: Manage global pricing strategy for services, aiming for maximum price realization and profitability. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to long-term strategic planning within SSO by promoting innovative, data-driven ideas. Performance Management: Utilize effective business leadership to meet key performance metrics, including revenue and profitability. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS in Management preferred. Minimum of 5 years of product marketing or management experience with measurable P&L responsibilities. Experience in global product or service marketing with a successful record of market share growth. Expertise in operational excellence utilizing tools like kaizen and continuous improvement. Able to balance immediate performance with long-term strategic goals. Background in branded B2B or B2C environments, preferably with complex technical service offerings. Demonstrated success in creating VOC-driven product strategies. Ability to influence and build trusting relationships within matrixed organizations.
