As the Assistant Director of Corporate Group Sales Management, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through our meetings and events sector. This unique opportunity blends direct sales efforts with team leadership, allowing you to shape Hilton's trajectory within corporate accounts. Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Accounts and Corporate Group Sales, you will lead a dedicated team of four while managing a key portfolio of corporate accounts, emphasizing meetings and events. Your strategic guidance will enhance account engagement and elevate Hilton's presence in the corporate meetings and events industry. YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT In this critical position, your key responsibilities will include: Coaching a team of four Group Sales Directors focused on meetings and events. Managing a portfolio of high-value corporate group accounts in the Americas region. Developing strategic group sales plans to increase revenue and strengthen client relationships. Collaborating with on-property sales teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs and events. Collaboration with Others: Partnering with Hilton Direct, hotel sales teams, and brand teams to provide comprehensive client solutions. Fostering a dynamic coaching culture and encouraging high team engagement. Representing Hilton at industry events and client meetings to cultivate executive-level connections. Working with account teams and global counterparts for a cohesive approach to clients. Your Deliverables: Achieving personal and team revenue targets. Creating group sales strategies and conducting quarterly business reviews. Forecasting and reporting on meetings and events pipeline performance. Developing team plans and conducting performance evaluations. QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this position, you should meet the following minimum qualifications: Ten (10) years of professional experience. Eight (8) years of experience in hotel/travel sales and/or account management. Proven experience in leading a team of direct reports. Experience managing high-value corporate accounts in the hospitality or travel industry. This is a remote position with approximately 40% travel required. Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree. Familiarity with Salesforce and Delphi or similar CRM and sales management systems. Experience in the Technology sector. Experience with meetings and events management.
