We are are seeking an applicant to train as an appliance technician for Long Island and NYC. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key member of the team responsible for the quality and efficient maintenance and repair of appliances and other equipment. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.The ideal candidate for the position has a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts, and the ability to score well on a basic mechanical aptitude test. This person also has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a variety of environments.We provide an initial six week training program which begins with fundamentals and theory and progresses through more complex information and ride alongs with a senior tech.
