Families we serve are located in areas such as San Clemente, Laguna Area, San Juan Capistrano, Coto De Caza, and Mission Viejo. Menu writing experience, an exquisite palate, and adaptability in a changing environment are also essential. At Down To Earth Cuisine, we provide an exciting alternative to the restaurant industry. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule crafting personalized menus for clients according to their dietary preferences. You'll shop, cook, and package meals for clients to savor throughout the week. This role is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise. If you have a background in menu planning and meal preparation, while maintaining a commitment to superior customer service and sustainability, we would love to hear from you. Eligibility for healthcare benefits becomes available once you work 20+ hours a week. Requirements: 5 years' experience as a professional chef (3-4 years may be considered depending on experience). Availability of 8-20 hours per week (with potential for increase based on performance). Culinary training or certification is a plus. Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident. Responsibilities: Create weekly menus for clients. Shop at local markets for ingredients. Prepare a week's worth of meals in clients' kitchens. Ensure the kitchen is spotless before leaving.
