Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled AMC LMP Support Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing the U.S. Army Materiel Command's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). This position is crucial in supporting the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) financial and logistics operations, by improving business processes, strengthening financial controls, and augmenting system performance in logistics, sustainment, and financial management. The ideal applicant will possess SAP functional expertise, be well-acquainted with Army enterprise systems, and excel in a complex, audit-sensitive federal environment. This role is key to integrating commercial best practices into AMC operations, aimed at improving agility, reducing costs, and ensuring mission success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct operational financial maintenance tasks, including daily reconciliations and resolution of anomalies. Review, prioritize, and manage financial tickets through their complete lifecycle. Validate financial reports, month-end journal vouchers, and trading partner data between GFEBS and LMP. Support month-end close coordination among AMC, commands, and DFAS. Analyze and reconcile PADDS contracts, Accounts Payable, expense eliminations, and SF 133 discrepancies. Assist with validation of JV workflows and capital cash automation initiatives. Provide analysis and functional support for G-Invoicing activities. Help with audit readiness efforts, including documentation reviews and sample analysis. Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend corrective action strategies. Support initiatives concerning DAR-Q, JRP, GLAC, ACWS, management fees, posting corrections, and trading partner imbalances. Collaborate with AMC, HQAMC, DFAS, PMO LMP, and other Army stakeholders. Participate in working groups and enterprise-level coordination initiatives. Provide insights to enhance system performance, reporting accuracy, and compliance. Utilize knowledge of the federal operating environment, governance standards, and mission-oriented execution. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst supporting financial and logistics processes within SAP ECC. Strong grasp of end-to-end SAP business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Maintenance). Experience working in U.S. Federal Government environments, specifically with DoD or U.S. Army. Familiarity with financial reconciliations, audit readiness, and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with Army ERP systems such as LMP, GFEBS, and/or GCSS-Army. Knowledge of Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) financial operations. Experience in audit remediation and financial control enhancements.
