Position Overview: As an integral part of our maintenance team at The Meadows at Meridian Luxury Apartment Homes and Townhomes, a premier 450-unit garden-style community located near Meridian Business Park in Parker, CO, you will help us maintain and enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Preserving the quality of a high-value luxury community to ensure an exceptional living experience. Utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water systems, swimming pools, and security systems. Building strong relationships with residents and quickly addressing various general maintenance requests, including appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, and more. Collaborating closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartments for future residents according to company standards. Contributing to maintaining the property's attractive curb appeal. Qualifications You Should Have: 1+ years of relevant general maintenance experience. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry. CPO certification is required (can be obtained after hire). Fair housing training is necessary; CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification is preferred. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Excellent customer service skills. A willingness to be on call as needed. What We Offer: A significant discount on rent (20% standard, 35% for on-call staff, 40% after 3 years). Shoe stipend – reimbursement for up to $125 twice a year.
