Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Full-Time | Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding Areas At Emmanuel Hospice, we understand the value of flexibility, adaptability, and compassionate care. As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)- Full time you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care across a variety of settings, supporting patients and families wherever they call home. This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities: Float across homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed. Work a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. Deliver hands-on personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse. Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support. Collaborate with a flexible and supportive CNA team, stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume. Qualifications: Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the State of Michigan. Reliable transportation to travel between patient locations. Previous CNA experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a heart for compassionate care.
