The Director of Enterprise Data Solutions is a dynamic and strategic leader at the heart of Bausch + Lomb’s data-driven transformation. This role involves maximizing the organizational use of data as a vital asset to ensure excellence in data acquisition, contract management, data lake and warehouse architecture, incentive compensation, call planning, reporting enablement, and data governance. This position promotes collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, analytics, data privacy, compliance, and legal teams, supporting strategic initiatives such as AI, ML, automated systems, marketing technology, next best action strategies, market mix modeling, and trade promotion optimization. Expertise in AI, ML operations, and data product engineering is critical to realize advanced analytics and automation throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance data acquisition, contract management, and the integration of IQVIA, IRI/Circana, direct and indirect sales, and consumer trade promotion data sources. Oversee data warehouse and lake architecture, feature engineering, and support reporting and analytics enablement. Drive excellence in data product management, addressing gaps in stewardship, master data management (MDM), customer data platforms (CDP), and governance. Empower strategic initiatives (MarTech, market mix modeling) by delivering accurate and reliable data to analytics and business teams promptly. Manage and track third-party data access agreements to ensure compliance and operational improvements. Act as the business lead for master data management projects and capabilities. Build and maintain robust relationships across IT, business stakeholders, analytics, data privacy, compliance, and legal teams. Facilitate cross-functional Data Governance Council meetings to achieve consensus on data issue resolutions, metric definitions, metadata, and policies. Establish governance rules for data values, structure, and user access; streamline standard operating procedures for data stewardship. Champion change management and communication strategies for information management projects. Engage with industry best practices to enhance customer data excellence. Provide hands-on leadership in AI, ML operations, and data product engineering to integrate advanced analytics and automation across enterprise functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, data science, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience required in the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or consumer health sectors; 7+ years preferred. 6+ years of proven experience in managing data projects from end-to-end including master data, reference data, metadata, data warehousing, reporting, and data asset management. In-depth knowledge of IQVIA, IRI/Circana, consumer trade promotion, MedTech, market mix modeling, CDP, MDM, Snowflake, and feature engineering. Demonstrated expertise in data product management, data acquisition, contracting, and governance. Hands-on experience with AI, ML operations, and data product engineering, including operationalizing machine learning models and autonomous workflows. Strong communication and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and ongoing projects effectively. Experience in sales operations and leading teams across various therapeutic areas. Proficient in systems with a focus on process optimization and data integration. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data analysis. Strong interpersonal skills with a foundation in leadership, integrity, adaptability, and efficiency. Familiarity with policies and procedures regarding information lifecycle management and control of information resources, including communications, official records, publications, and forms; knowledge of information systems operation and support. The starting salary for this role is between $185,000.00 and $225,000.00. Actual salary will depend on various factors.
