Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Functional Analyst to spearhead our digital transformation within the pharmaceutical supply chain. This crucial role demands extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA covering the entire Procurement-to-Payment and Order-to-Cash cycles, with a strong emphasis on GxP Data Management and integration with Financial modules (GL, AP, AR). You will lead the design, configuration, optimization, and operational support of SAP S/4HANA solutions across key functions, including GxP Master Data Management in both Commercial and Clinical Supply Chains, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Sales & Distribution. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to ensure that our operations are compliant, efficient, and fully integrated. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Process Ownership: Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions across the integrated supply chain, including Procurement (MM), Manufacturing (PP), Order Management (SD/LE), and Logistics & Shipment (LE). Configuration Mastery: Expertly configure SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, LE, PP, EWM, QM) to meet pharmaceutical business needs, focusing on batch management and material master data. Design Workshops: Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configuration documents. Financial & Enterprise Integration: Ensure seamless integration between supply chain transactions and Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR), leading external integration efforts with systems like Salesforce and CGTO. Data Migration: Ensure data integrity and compliance during the transfer process from legacy systems to the SAP environment. GxP Data Management & Validation: Act as the functional expert for GxP Data Management, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance within SAP. Compliance Assurance: Ensure SAP S/4HANA design aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). Validation & Testing: Develop and execute test plans for unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Production Support & System Optimization: Create solution documentation and provide critical post-implementation support Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for process improvements and recommending enhancements. Education and Experience Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and configuring ERP systems, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. Comprehensive expertise across the integrated supply chain modules: SD, MM, LE, PP, with knowledge of EWM and QM desirable. Deep understanding of finance integration points with supply chain transaction data. Expertise in pharmaceutical industry regulations and GxP data management. Experience designing and implementing integrations with external enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Cell and Gene Therapy Operations. Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform applications. Certification in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules. Leadership experience in functional teams. The base salary range for this position is $112,700 to $140,900.
