SUMMARY: The AVP Branch Coordinator role is vital for supporting and leading Branch Managers, ensuring the highest quality of customer service and adherence to Lendmark Financial Services policies and procedures. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and monitor delinquency, charge-offs, and non-performing assets (20%) Assist in the preparation and management of the divisional budget (20%) Conduct full/follow-up supervisions on all offices according to Lendmark’s policies and audit standards (20%) Assess risks in divisional branch operations through audit reviews and management reports (10%) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies (10%) Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, evaluation, and training (10%) Assist with acquisitions, including due diligence and employee evaluations (5%) Perform other duties as assigned (5%) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in consumer finance or related industry Bachelor's degree or comparable education and training Experience in personnel management Budgeting and financial analysis experience in the industry Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Able to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong ability to interact with other managers and staff Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Willingness to travel frequently Effective communication with Executive-Level management Previous experience in a divisional management role within consumer finance COMPENSATION: Competitive salary based on the duties and the selected candidate’s specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience. This position is eligible for Semi-Annual Incentive compensation based on performance.
