What You'll Do: As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities include overseeing facility operations and maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance with nursing standards and regulations. Shift: 7a-7p every weekend and 7a-3p every Wednesday Sign-On Bonus: $5,000! Enjoy Weekly Pay! Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise nursing staff to guarantee the delivery of high-quality care. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and allocation of resources. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care plans. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Provide mentorship, training, and support to enhance the nursing staff's skills. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and protocols. What You'll Bring: Qualifications for this position include: A valid state nursing license. An advanced degree or certification is preferred. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting is preferred. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. An interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill. Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
