We are seeking a hard working, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and responsible individual who is looking for personal growth and development in their career.Reports directly to Mitigation ManagerIs the lead on jobs and performs the daily mitigation/remediation tasksScope the damages and perform necessary servicesAvailable 24/7 to work on-call and emergency response hoursPerforms demolition and other labor-intensive tasksDirectly interfaces with the customers and/or property ownersUtilize CRM and estimating software to diligently document and manage job progressRequired Skills/Experience:Preferred industry certifications (not required): IICRC Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Structural Drying Technician, IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation TechnicianMandatory 1-3+ years experience with water mitigation and restorationMust be proficient in estimating softwareCoachable and a desire to always be improvingSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to cary heavy loads and equipmentAbility to pass a background check and drug screenCompensation & Benefits:Pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for quick advancement.
