What You'll Be Doing: As an Implementation Solutions Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the client onboarding experience and developing robust data workflows. Your expertise in data integration will be essential as you navigate the complexities of full implementation lifecycles, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle: from development and testing to deployment and go-live. Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during implementation to facilitate smooth operations. Design, construct, and uphold efficient data pipelines and ETL workflows utilizing SQL, SSIS, ADF, and Python. Analyze and implement data models and mappings essential for integration tasks. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. Continuously monitor and enhance data quality, performance, and reliability. Maintain detailed technical documentation and offer post-implementation support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, system integration, or data engineering. Expertise in SQL and SSIS, with additional knowledge of Azure Data Factory being advantageous. Strong grasp of data models, mappings, and relational databases. Familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
