Join Our Team as a Senior Principal Consultant! Are you ready to make an impact? In the role of Senior Principal Consultant with a focus on NetSuite Advanced Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients during the implementation of Oracle products and technology. This is an opportunity to leverage your extensive consulting background and make a significant difference in our customers' operations. In this dynamic position, you will take the lead in designing and implementing integrated software solutions tailored to meet customer needs. You will also provide mentorship to team members while collaborating closely with customer management to ensure project success. This role offers potential for engaging in business development activities and leading innovative solutions for moderately complex projects. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Partnering with customers to pinpoint and document their NetSuite value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Developing remediation strategies and effectively aligning project priorities with customer objectives. Architecting solutions for intricate business requirements in collaboration with our Technical Services (TS) team. Defining detailed functional requirements for various automations and integrations with NetSuite. Designing and executing unit tests for automations and integrations alongside the TS team. Conducting quality reviews of deliverables produced by other team members to ensure excellence. Staying at the forefront of industry trends by enhancing product knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications. Collaborating with other ACS teams, including Technical Account Managers, TS, Commerce, and Premier/Platinum Support. Upholding essential internal business processes while prioritizing outstanding customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant domains within NetSuite's core vertical markets. Strong experience with NetSuite ERP and familiarity with competing ERP solutions. At least 2 years in external consulting roles with direct engagement at the C-suite level. Expertise in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations. Proficient in analysis, design, and testing of customized software development. Exceptional communication skills coupled with a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction. Knowledge of SuiteProjects, Advanced Revenue, SuiteBilling, and advanced accounting processes. Experience evolving customer business processes based on industry-leading practices. Demonstrated experience in project and team leadership. A background in Finance and/or Accounting is a plus. Possession of relevant product certifications, such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, is considered an asset. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team skilled in functional, process, and technical areas. Competence in synthesizing information into a cohesive strategic vision and implementation roadmap. Willingness to travel moderately as required.
