Loreal Forklift Driver Forklift Operator (Sit-Down or Stand-Up Reach) Shift Time 6am to 230 (Training), move to 10am to 6:30pm Position Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift or stand-up reach truck to move, load, unload, and store products within the warehouse. This role supports shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory accuracy while following all safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklift or stand-up reach truck to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently Put away product in assigned rack locations (including high racking for reach truck) Pull and stage product for shipping orders Replenish pick locations as needed Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain accurate inventory by scanning product using RF scanner or WMS system Follow all OSHA and company safety standards Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications Minimum 1 year forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up reach) Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center Ability to work at heights (for reach truck operators) RF scanner experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Skills & Competencies Safe equipment operation Productivity and efficiency Teamwork Reliability and attendance Ability to work in fast-paced environment Our Commitment to Fair Hiring: HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.
