We are looking for an AI & Data Decision Science Lead to spearhead our initiatives in merging Industry and Functional expertise with AI knowledge to innovate and enhance processes that boost efficiency and foster growth. You will oversee extensive data science projects, utilizing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to develop effective decision-making systems. This role requires a mix of technical skills, strategic insight, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that embody Accenture's commitment to creating 360° value for clients. In this role, you will: Lead and execute Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics initiatives. Manage both onshore and offshore teams focused on Data Science & Machine Learning. Act as a bridge between business and technical domains. Build and maintain relationships with business and analytics stakeholders. Drive the sales process and lead the development of solutions for Data Science & Machine Learning opportunities. Customize Data Science/Machine Learning/AI/Analytics solutions to target specific industry challenges. Collaborate closely with Accenture's network to align with strategy, consulting, and technology teams in sales and delivery. Mentor and nurture Data Science/Machine Learning/AI talent within the organization. Identify AI use cases by understanding organizational goals, constructing business cases, assessing ROI, and creating transformation roadmaps. Advise organizations on ethical AI solutions and governance, offering training on new processes and monitoring outcomes. Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed based on client expectations. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience building decision-based frameworks to generate insights. 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally in high-value roles. Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and manage tight deadlines. Extensive delivery experience with minimal supervision. Proven track record of successful AI or data science project delivery. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiar with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced with AI and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. Understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is beneficial. Ability to utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience in sales and business development. Exceptional program management and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset capable of originating new deals and adding value to client discussions. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proven leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in innovating within project frameworks. Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.
