How You Will Contribute The Business Development Coordinator for INFRA will be pivotal in establishing and expanding our new transport and manufacturing practices within A&M INFRA. This role encompasses comprehensive client research, identifying key decision-makers, scheduling meetings, organizing presentation and marketing materials, and facilitating essential business development sessions. We seek an outstanding candidate who is highly organized, proactive, and possesses exemplary communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Research and Identification: Conduct detailed research to acquire insights on prospective clients and current industry trends. Identify and profile key decision-makers within targeted organizations. Maintain an accurate and updated database of potential clients and contacts. Meeting Coordination: Secure meetings with the identified decision-makers and stakeholders. Coordinate logistics for client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared ahead of time. Follow up on meeting outcomes and track progress. Presentation and Marketing Material Organization: Create and organize tailored presentation materials for client engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and refresh marketing collateral. Ensure all materials are consistent with the firm’s branding and messaging standards. Business Development Meetings: Organize and schedule regular business development meetings with the practice team. Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure accountability for follow-up tasks. Monitor and report on business development activities and their results. Practice Support: Assist in crafting and implementing strategies for the growth of the new practice. Provide administrative support to the practice leader and team as necessary. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of practice initiatives. Additional Responsibilities: Stay updated on industry developments and the competitive landscape. Participate in networking events and industry conferences for relationship building and opportunity identification. Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate the growth and success of the practice. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a related role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High professionalism and keen attention to detail. Key Competencies: Proactive and self-motivated. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours Regular employees working 30 or more hours each week are also eligible for Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, plus a 401(k) retirement plan. Subject to eligibility, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Furthermore, employees receive paid time off, including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part-time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, subject to various factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
