Your Key Responsibilities Develop a cohesive IT strategy that aligns with enterprise and business objectives in a fast-moving, dynamic setting. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate data-driven challenges, opportunities, and strategic roadmaps for achieving exceptional outcomes. Lead the execution of IT strategies by collaborating closely with business and technology leaders, ensuring smooth implementation by operational teams and facilitating follow-ups. Mentor and guide members of the IT Strategy team and foster partnerships across the enterprise. Inspire and educate colleagues on IT strategy through workshops and coaching sessions, enhancing their understanding and capability to implement strategies effectively. Stay informed on emerging technologies and innovative concepts that could shape our future. Make an Impact with Your Skills Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Extensive experience with a respected management consulting firm. 5-10 years in corporate, business, or technology strategy, interacting with executives and senior leaders. A deep passion for enhancing consumer and stakeholder experiences. Proficiency in strategic tools such as presentations, documents, and data spreadsheets. Willingness to work primarily East Coast hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technology and/or digital transformation initiatives. Background in health insurance, healthcare services, or integrated healthcare systems. Experience within large organizational settings. Skills in business analytics and/or financial analysis. A Master's degree or advanced education. Additional Information The ideal candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance for a hybrid working arrangement (approximately 3 days in-office). Locations include: Washington, D.C. metropolitan area Louisville, KY metropolitan area Denver, CO metropolitan area Dallas, TX metropolitan area Ft. Interview Process Our hiring process for this role will utilize an innovative interviewing technology called HireVue, allowing us to efficiently connect with you regarding your skills and experience at a time that fits your schedule. Work Schedule This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Compensation The estimated salary range for this position is between $138,900 and $191,000 per year, based on skill level, experience, and geographic considerations. This position also includes the potential for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
