No exceptions. Required summer holiday availability for Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day. Required winter holiday availability for Thanksgiving or Christmas based on departmental need. All time off requested must be added to the end of contracts for a full 13 working weeks. Experience must include scrub skills in complex cases such as Coronary Artery Bypass, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Valve Repair and Replacement, Structural Heart Procedures, Thoracic Organ Transplant, ECMO, Ventricular Assist Devices, and redo or emergent cases. Adult scrub experience is required; pediatric scrub experience is a plus. Call is required approximately 1-2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month. Excellent communication skills are essential. Team player required. Participation in departmental professional activities is expected. Floating within scope may be required. Weekend shifts may vary based on departmental needs. Holiday shifts are rotated based on departmental needs.
