Join our dynamic team as a Financial Analytics Specialist, where you will report directly to the Senior Director of Financial Business Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing client and PBM-facing financial guarantee measurements. You will also play a crucial part in reporting key performance metrics and facilitating senior leadership decision-making, as well as supporting enterprise-level financial planning activities. Essential Job Responsibilities Include: Manage and enhance existing client- and PBM-facing financial guarantee tracking models and processes. Evaluate, validate, and implement approved changes to these tracking processes, including: Creating weekly client-facing shortfall tracking dashboards. Providing monthly projected financial accrual information. Conducting ongoing financial guarantee reconciliation activities. Collaborate with internal technical partners to identify and implement improvements in financial guarantee processes and tools, striving to automate and streamline methodologies. Support various initiatives including: Monitoring and managing the request prioritization process. Conducting variance analyses as needed. Oversee existing and future dashboards and tracking activities. Required Skills / Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analytics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Data Management, or Statistical Analytics. Proficiency in data management and informatics, including knowledge of SQL, SAS, or similar tools. Strong financial acumen and data management skills, including knowledge of GAAP. Highly organized and efficient worker. A collaborative team player. Preferred Skills / Experience: At least 2 years of experience in PBM or related healthcare/pharmacy fields is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated hiring range for this role is $73,600 - $92,000 annually, based on experience and skills. This role is also eligible for short-term incentives, which vary based on individual and business goals.
