Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionTitle: Maintenance Technician Location: Brookfield, WI Hire Type: Direct Hire Salary:$25-$30/hr. Benefits: Insurance (Health, Medical, Dental), PTO, Paid Holidays, and more! This role is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, buildings, and facilities. The Maintenance Technician applies a broad range of skills including mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work to support production uptime and facility operations. Job Duties: Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment to support maximum production uptime Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or adjustments as needed Rebuild and overhaul machines and components, including dismantling, inspection, and part replacement Support installation, relocation, leveling, fitting, and alignment of machinery and equipment Perform building, facility, and grounds maintenance Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment and HVAC systems Maintain maintenance logs and documentation; submit parts and service requests as needed Follow housekeeping procedures and comply with quality, safety, and sanitation regulations Qualifications: Broad maintenance skill set including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and carpentry Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment Ability to perform preventive maintenance and support equipment installation or relocation projects Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
