1 Year Bonus: $500 Job Title: Sports Medicine Professional Job Type: Part-time Hours: Average of 10 hours per week, on-site Shifts: Flexible coverage Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 2-3 visits per week Hourly Rate: $30 - $37 Briotix Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sports Medicine Professional! Position Overview: This role is dedicated to delivering excellent onsite care to working athletes. You will engage in job function analysis, body movement education, and ensure compliance with OSHA First Aid standards. As a vital member of Briotix Health’s Industrial Sports Medicine team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients while promoting injury prevention and ergonomic solutions. Develop and maintain positive relationships with client contacts. Engage with client employees to encourage health and wellness. Educate individuals and groups on strategies for injury and illness prevention. Deliver on-site care and management for discomfort related to work and non-work activities. Stay informed about OSHA Health and Safety practices, ensuring compliance. Effectively implement all aspects of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program. Conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments, or Clinical Solutions as required by client needs. Provide thorough and timely reports for all services rendered. Maintain precise documentation using Briotix Health's designated systems. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards at each worksite. Comply with all company policies and government regulations. Additional responsibilities as needed. Valid certifications and state licenses in good standing in all applicable states. Current CPR Certification (CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, BLS Healthcare Provider, etc.). Knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Preferred Ergonomic Certification or training. 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics, industrial sports medicine, or job task analysis is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to meet physical demands of on-site work, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and being active throughout the shift. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
