We are expanding our team of Financial Coaches and seeking dynamic leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset who are eager for professional growth. Your experience is invaluable to us. Your Role as a Financial Coach: Serve as a personal coach for military families by creating evolving financial plans that address their short and long-term goals. Assist families in managing day-to-day finances, accumulating assets, and protecting themselves from unforeseen circumstances. Engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by a dedicated local district team and our Home Office. Partner with local military organizations and units to directly connect with the military community. Coach families in developing comprehensive financial plans that include: Savings and banking strategies Investment and wealth management Insurance and risk management What We Offer: A specialized licensing and training program tailored for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to kickstart a successful Financial Coach career. We will sponsor your journey to full registration and licensing as a Financial Coach, providing resources to navigate the process smoothly. Training includes preparation for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses. Upon completing the licensing phase, you may be invited to join our paid training program with a local district office. Your initial salary as a Financial Coach will be based on an hourly wage for the first three months, transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives during the nine-month paid training period. After Training Expectations: Once the paid trainee program concludes, you may have the opportunity to work as an independent contractor Financial Coach with First Command, allowing you to steer your career journey and earn based on your efforts and results. Your earning potential is limitless: compensation involves competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation. The average first-year compensation for independent contractor Financial Coaches ranges widely due to commission and bonuses.
