As a Business Planning & Strategy Intern supporting our Creative Show Design & Delivery Studio, you will play a vital role in executing project and studio strategies. In this collaborative environment, you will leverage data-driven insights to communicate important information and enhance decision-making. Your work will involve close interaction with various stakeholders, such as Project Managers, Show Managers, Engineers, and Designers, helping the management team implement strategic plans that align with both short-term and long-term organizational goals. Your Responsibilities Include: Supporting ongoing strategic initiatives, including website development using WordPress and managing Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Snowflake. Creating dashboards and visual tools to enhance business operations and project visibility. Assisting with various business requests related to scope management, performance tracking, and vendor relations. Transforming complex datasets into clear reports that support effective business decision-making. Managing studio databases using SQL in the Snowflake environment. Administering user access to multiple Business Intelligence platforms. Integrating historical project data into regular planning and reporting. Supporting the internal project work-plan process to ensure alignment with departmental priorities. Qualifications Required: Experience in a cross-functional technical organization. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship experience in strategy, business, or data analytics roles. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, AirTable). Experience with Python or SQL. Knowledge of Snowflake. Education: Currently enrolled as a Junior or higher at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. Eligibility Requirements: Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited institution or participating in a Disney College Program. Minimum age of 18 years. Possess unrestricted work authorization. Must not have completed one year of continuous employment on a Disney internship or program. Additional Information: Reliable transportation to/from work is required. Must be available for the entire duration of the internship. Limited housing opportunities are available for Florida-based interns. The pay rate for this role is $26.50 per hour for undergraduate students and $27.50 per hour for graduate students.
