In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while upholding our high standards for quality and safety. Duties Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to achieve operational objectives. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. Ensure accurate documentation and timely movement of materials within the facility. Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations. Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to meet business needs. Monitor performance metrics in the warehouse and implement effective process improvements. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and the facility to ensure they are functioning properly and safely. Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and English with previous manufacturing supervisory experience required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of inventory systems and shipping/receiving processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance.
