This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with experienced providers in the only Nationally Certified ALS Clinic within the state. Position Highlights: Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and call responsibilities. Call Responsibility: 8-10 weeks per year, with overnight call from home. Clinic Focus: Engage in neuromuscular patient care, including nerve conduction studies and EMGs. Procedures: Dedicate one day each week in the EMG lab under the guidance of the clinic director. Botox Program: Join a growing patient population with significant needs. Multidisciplinary Care: ALS patients receive comprehensive treatment from a team of specialists in a single, efficient 4-hour visit. Research Opportunities: Benefit from a strong emphasis on research with available protected time for projects. Pediatric Collaboration: Participate in monthly rotations at Cardinal Glennon, performing pediatric EMGs and muscle biopsies. Team Expansion: Welcoming a new Neuromuscular APP post-Labor Day.
