The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. You will handle customer inquiries, operate the cash register, manage merchandising, and ensure the store is clean and organized. Key Responsibilities: Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store. Operate the register with accuracy and efficiency. Stay informed about promotions and assist customers in getting the best value. Keep the work area at the front end organized and tidy. Help with inventory management including receiving shipments and stocking shelves. Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders as necessary. Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities. A positive attitude and strong interaction skills are a must.
