Join our dedicated team and help us prioritize health and safety The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst plays a pivotal role with increased autonomy and accountability in shaping and enhancing the execution of the cyber threat intelligence lifecycle throughout our organization. This position is focused on optimizing CTI operations, ensuring intelligence initiatives are consistent, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. You will influence outcomes that extend beyond individual tasks, establishing standards for intelligence delivery that support informed decision-making. As a key liaison between CTI and threat management operations, your role will ensure timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence supports operational threat management functions. You will drive CTI maturity by focusing on adversary behaviors, tactics, and techniques to create intelligence outputs that inform detection priorities, enhance security postures, and streamline operational tasks, while also establishing and maintaining intelligence requirements for our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the structuring of intelligence outputs to ensure they drive operational outcomes, facilitating threat-informed investigations and decision-making processes without needing extensive rework from analysts. Devise and implement operational intelligence strategies to address emerging threats proactively and support company objectives. Ensure the consistent production of timely intelligence products that focus on relevant, active threats aiding enterprise threat management. Stakeholder Engagement & Intelligence Requirements Encourage cross-departmental collaboration, integrating threat intelligence with risk management, incident response, and security operations. Establish and nurture stakeholder engagement models to align intelligence outputs with evolving business needs. Collection Management & Threat Monitoring Oversee intelligence collection planning to ensure adequate coverage of priority threats while eliminating redundant collection efforts. Assess and recommend improvements to intelligence tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct threat actor analysis and research to identify malicious campaigns and emerging threats. Utilize threat intelligence frameworks to evaluate coverage and identify visibility gaps. Analysis and Production Lead in analyzing threats to the enterprise and producing comprehensive intelligence that aligns tactical and operational insights, guiding threat-driven prioritization. Refine tactical and operational deliverables by leveraging adversary behavior and TTP-based analysis. Governance, Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define clear goals and measure performance against KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform and enhance the program. Utilize stakeholder feedback to drive ongoing improvements in intelligence relevance and delivery efficiency. Apply data analysis to assess adversary activity and alignment of defensive measures. Communication & Influence Represent the CTI team in strategic discussions, shaping security strategy and influencing risk prioritization through actionable insights. Communicate and report CTI metrics and KPIs effectively to various levels of leadership, showcasing program value and effectiveness. Translate technical intelligence into relevant business risks to enhance enterprise risk understanding. Influence strategic security planning through actionable intelligence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Information Technology or International Relations, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or related security roles within a large organization. Experience across the intelligence lifecycle including planning, collection, processing, and dissemination. Experience with intelligence collection management and alignment of collection activities. Experience in tactical and operational cyber threat analysis, threat actor tracking, and malicious infrastructure research. Strong understanding of advanced cyber threats and adversary methods. Ability to apply intelligence frameworks and data analysis techniques for actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, or GOSI. Experience supporting investigations, fraud, or insider threat programs. Advanced knowledge of cyber threat frameworks and analytic techniques. Experience with automation tools to enhance intelligence lifecycle processes. Experience using investigative tools for threat analysis and relationship mapping. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Compensation Range The estimated starting base pay for full-time employment is between $129,300 - $177,800 annually, adjusted based on location and individual qualifications. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
