Travel Progressive Care Nurse - 13-Week Contract

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Travel Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an engaging 13-week travel contract! We offer a competitive rate of $60.00/hour blended travel rate, alongside comprehensive benefits throughout your assignment, ensuring you are supported every step of the way. Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week. As a Progressive Care RN, you will deliver exceptional, patient-centered care to moderately acute patients who need constant cardiac and clinical monitoring. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with our dedicated healthcare team to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and effectiveness throughout your night shift. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to Progressive Care Unit patients, including cardiac and telemetry monitoring. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings with accuracy. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Swiftly identify and respond to changes in patient condition. Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, effective care. Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards. Requirements: Active RN license or compact license. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Progressive Care setting. BLS and ACLS certification are required. Willingness to commit to night shifts.
