Job Summary:We are seeking an Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting orthodontic patients during their treatment process, scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance billing, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven work experience in a dental or orthodontic office setting. - Strong knowledge of orthodontic treatment procedures and terminology. - Proficiency in office management software and scheduling systems. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team. Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients, verifying their personal and insurance information. - Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for orthodontic treatments. - Assist patients with billing and insurance claims, explaining payment options and financial agreements. - Maintain patient records and treatment plans accurately and confidentially. - Answer patient inquiries, provide information about treatments, and address any concerns or issues. - Collaborate with orthodontists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care. - Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current on orthodontic procedures and best practices.
