Irrigation Tech

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Irrigation Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of irrigation systems across commercial properties. You’ll work closely with our production and enhancement teams to ensure optimal water efficiency and system performance. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: • Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including valves, controllers, heads, and piping • Perform routine system checks and seasonal maintenance (start-ups, winterizations) • Install new irrigation systems and modifications as needed • Adjust and program irrigation controllers for proper scheduling • Identify water waste and recommend system improvements • Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently • Maintain accurate records of repairs and system adjustments • Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in irrigation maintenance and repair (commercial preferred) • Knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, and water-efficient practices • Ability to read site plans and irrigation layouts • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus • Licensed Irrigator (optional but preferred) Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly• Key responsibilities include: • Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including valves, controllers, heads, and piping • Perform routine system checks and seasonal maintenance (start-ups, winterizations) • Install new irrigation systems and modifications as needed • Adjust and program irrigation controllers for proper scheduling • Identify water waste and recommend system improvements • Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently • Maintain accurate records of repairs and system adjustments • Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner
