Homework Help Youth Programs Site Supervisor The College of DuPage is a leading community college with a mission to inspire a lifelong passion for learning. Key Responsibilities: Act as the site supervisor for Youth Academy programs, ensuring a productive educational environment. Coordinate Continuing Education schedules to enhance youth program offerings. Supervise teaching staff, ensuring timely arrival and readiness for classes, and arrange for substitutes as needed. Address student discipline issues and involve appropriate authorities for serious incidents. Allocate classrooms and labs based on program requirements and communicate assignments to all stakeholders. Assist with classroom instruction and coordinate field trips as necessary. Manage logistical tasks, including distributing materials and resolving issues. Oversee sign-in and sign-out procedures for minors, ensuring their safety on campus. Support accommodations for students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with specific needs. Handle emergency preparedness, including medical needs and weather-related actions. Ensure classrooms are secure and ready before classes commence and maintained afterwards. Perform other related duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of programs. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. Experience: One summer of experience in a youth program within an educational setting required; two or more summers preferred. Working Conditions: Background check required at the College's expense.
