Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details:• Work night shifts 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM• Weekend coverage as needed, likely every other weekend• Holiday coverage as needed• Patient ratio of 5:1 for all shifts• May float to other units as needed, including rehab if necessary• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required• ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or ARC only)• EPIC charting system experience required• Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted• 8-hour orientation provided• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, completed before start date)• Maximum 7-day requested time off preferred• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac disease and stroke• Handle high acuity patients including continuous IV medication drips• Pre and post cardiac procedures including catheterization and pacemaker/AICD care• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility• May care for COVID patients• Clinical pre-screening and manager interview required Facility:This healthcare facility features a 32-bed Step Down Intermediate Care Unit specializing in cardiac disease and stroke patients. The unit provides high-acuity care for patients requiring continuous monitoring and specialized cardiac interventions. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. All nursing staff maintain advanced certifications and work closely with specialized program coordinators to provide quality patient education and care.
