Senior Suites is looking for a Facility Maintenance person to meet the physical needs of the community! Apply to join our team today! Job Duties Include: Fixing and working on call lights (training will be provided) Changing light bulbs Fixing TV's Installing toiletry dispensers Patching and painting walls as needed Renovation of rooms under the guidance of our maintenance director Working on and fixing hospital beds (training will be provided) Assisting in room moves for admitting residents or room re assignment Qualifications: Functional literacy in English is required Basic knowledge in general maintenance Ability to pass a back ground check Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems preferred Physical ability to lift/carry /operate equipment and supplies is necessary Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
