Position Overview Are you a results-driven product management expert eager to make a meaningful impact in the medical device sector? We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Interventional GI & Accessories team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee an innovative range of advanced endoscopes and essential accessories for critical endoscopic procedures. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal teams and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive successful product commercialization and impactful marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Interventional GI & Accessories product team, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through insightful presentations, engaging site visits, and participation in industry events. Provide in-depth insights and analyses regarding the product portfolio, focusing on competitive landscape and market trends. Support sales teams by coordinating product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective execution in the field. Develop and implement strategic plans encompassing product portfolio management, commercialization, and comprehensive market analysis. Engage in continuous discussions with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to enhance product offerings. Oversee the entire product life cycle, ensuring successful launches and smooth transitions from pre-release to retirement. Collaborate with sales teams to manage field initiatives effectively. Assist in planning and executing participation in trade shows that align with company objectives. Provide expert technical support to internal teams and external clients. Establish and implement product evaluation protocols to validate new offerings. Promote the clinical and economic advantages of Fujifilm technologies through targeted marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in healthcare or biology is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing role within the medical device sector. At least 8 years of specialized experience in medical devices, particularly in Interventional GI. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and proactively address challenges. Demonstrated capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with the dynamics of U.S. healthcare systems is advantageous. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods. Hand and finger dexterity for keyboard use. Standing, talking, and hearing capabilities during work hours. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. Close vision required for detailed tasks. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends, up to 50% of the time, both domestically and potentially internationally. A valid driver's license is required.
