Job DescriptionNursing Director, Emergency Room Join a leading 200+ bed acute-care hospital committed to exceptional patient care! We're seeking a dynamic Nursing Director, Emergency Room to lead our busy emergency departments across a growing healthcare system. Perks: Salary up to $170,000, a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus, and relocation package!Your Opportunity to Lead As the RN Director of Emergency Services, you'll be a pivotal leader, providing 24/7 oversight and support to our Chief Nursing Officer. You'll play a key role in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice across multiple units. This includes ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, fostering staff competency, and optimizing resource management. You'll have direct oversight of three vital locations: our hospital's Emergency Department and a free-standing ED in the Fort Mill area, plus an exciting new free-standing ED opening later this year in Indian Land. What You Bring We're looking for an inspiring leader who is a role model and advocate for the nursing profession. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Experience: At least two years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse, or a related leadership position. License/Certifications: Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of residence/practice. Current AHA BLS certification required. Skills: Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability, and strong hospital operational acumen. Compensation & Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging up to $170,000, a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus, and relocation!
