Surgery - Vascular Physician

Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is currently looking for a Vascular Surgeon to join the group. Position Details: Will be a 1099 Independent Contractor under Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Will do a mix of Vascular and General Surgery Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM offers flexibility in scheduling clinic and OR days. Call Schedule: 1 in 3 (Negotiable) Group and ER calls. Must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery. Income Guarantee of $350K in the first year + Productivity Bonus based on collections. Productivity based compensation in Year 2 onwards (up to 70% of collections after expenses) Autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice.
