The Associate Clinical Center Director is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of Clinical Directors across multiple centers. In this position, you will not only ensure the highest clinical outcomes but also engage directly with patients as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) and lead various clinical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Directly supervise and support Medical Directors to ensure clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Achieve and exceed performance objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. Mentor and coach clinical leaders to deliver outstanding patient care. Develop talent among physicians, including NPs and Medical Directors through training and mentorship. Cultivate a physician culture aligned with our core values and service standards. Participate in recruiting and onboarding clinical talent for our centers. Establish strong partnerships with local healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations. Monitor and improve market culture and respond swiftly to workplace issues. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and oversee market clinical metrics. Provide direct patient care as a PCP for a portion of your responsibilities (20%). Qualifications: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar required. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience is essential; preferably 3 years. Prior experience as a Medical Director or similar role working with Medicare or Medicaid populations is strongly preferred. Board certification in a relevant specialty is a plus. Active medical license in the state of employment is required.
