About the Role: Design, develop, and maintain sustainable data pipelines and ETL processes to enable seamless data integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation. Partner with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions that align with business strategies. Utilize advanced tools like Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to create scalable data solutions. Implement data fabric architectures for streamlined data access, efficient management, and enhanced performance. Proactively seek opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and lifecycle automation. Support the deployment and integration of AI models while ensuring data quality and compatibility with existing analytics infrastructure. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify data needs and provide timely, impactful analytics and reports. Required Skills and Experience: At least 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline construction. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Expertise in data cleaning and harmonization techniques as well as complex data integration management. Strong grasp of data fabric concepts and relevant implementation experience. Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipeline development for AI and analytics initiatives. Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey complex data ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Proven success in collaborating within agile, cross-functional team environments. Willingness to travel domestically about 80% of the time to satisfy client needs. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentorship, or people management. Experience in guiding projects that highlight senior-level judgment and accountability. Preferred Skills: Experience deploying and managing data solutions in Azure AI, Azure ML, or similar environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices related to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for data solutions. Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or similar Microsoft credentials (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate). Strong background in business analytics that aligns technical solutions with strategic business objectives. Active engagement in data engineering and AI communities to stay ahead of industry trends. Typically, new hires are not offered salaries at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 annually.
