As a confident Manager, you will understand SAP platforms and data trends, translating client goals into effective, actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with clients on SAP functional and technical transformation programs. Engaging with senior executives to address business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions. Guiding clients in defining their SAP journey and developing comprehensive business cases and roadmaps. Crafting end-to-end solutions that utilize SAP technologies and partner applications. Designing and delivering innovative solutions based on best practices within the industry. Leading project teams to create exceptional Data Management & Analytics offerings. Continuously enhancing your technical expertise in SAP Data Management and Analytics. Managing large project teams to achieve transformational objectives, both onsite and within Accenture. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor by staying updated on industry regulations and innovations. Building thought leadership and best practices to nurture the next generation of transformation experts. Travel may be required for this position, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on client needs. To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data. At least 6 years of experience specifically in the SAP MDG Module. Successful completion of at least 3 end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, with hands-on design and configuration. A minimum of 3 years supporting Products clients. Prior consulting or advisory experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12 years); if an Associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required. Additional preferred qualifications include: Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana. Experience in SAP Data Conversion. Expertise in Master Data Governance for various domains, including Material Master and Finance Master Data Objects. Familiarity with Master Data Governance for customized objects like PIRs and WBSE.
