Summary: Join Meta as a Senior Product Manager where you'll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver innovative products. We are seeking dynamic Product Managers who thrive in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and shape a complex product area, driving significant impact. Define success metrics, prioritize challenges, and determine optimal strategies, adapting as necessary based on team insights and market conditions. Facilitate consensus-building on key opportunities within your product area, assessing the right moments to initiate or halt investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a compelling product vision, develop actionable roadmaps, and overcome challenges while boosting team morale and effectiveness. Identify and resolve dependencies by fostering shared strategies across related product areas. Conduct user research and market analysis to guide product decisions and improve the overall product organization. Influence both strategy and progress across partnering functions, enhancing collaboration and addressing conflicting goals. Communicate product strategies and updates with clarity to all stakeholders. Mentor and support the growth of fellow Product Managers and cross-functional team members. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a degree in a STEM discipline is a plus. Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams through the entire product lifecycle, including strategic crafting, requirement definition, resource coordination, and goal achievement. A track record of significantly improving both product performance and team effectiveness. Strong capability in analyzing extensive data sets to make informed decisions. Experience merging diverse user requirements and contextual insights into a cohesive product strategy. Ability to inspire and motivate teams while influencing stakeholders across the organization. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex concepts. Experience in recruiting top talent to enhance cross-functional team capabilities. Compensation: $173,000/year to $241,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
